Yes I know, it's a bold and probably somewhat confusing title. Why would we ever want to purposefully do difficult tasks? Read on to understand my view and gain clarity. First off, there are some key advantages of taking on challenging endeavors. Some of which can bring about numerous benefits including personal growth and more.
Personal Growth: Overcoming difficult tasks can lead to personal growth and development. It pushes you to step outside of your comfort zone, helping you discover new capabilities and strengths you may not have realized you had. As you overcome challenges, you build resilience, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment.

Now I've never been one to not practice what I preach. I myself have undertaken this endeavour in the form of an especially difficult circuit, in order to reap the aforementioned benefits. One that I knew would push me to my self perceived limits and beyond. I intend to share the exact circuit at some point. For now the main point I want to share is that it worked. It worked simply because the fact that I persevered and learned to conquer the circuit over time made me realize that I could conquer my fears. This is because, nothing was as difficult as the circuit. This new found courage allowed me to kick fear, procrastination, and delay to the curb. What's more, is that since I stopped doing the circuit, fear has gradually crept back into my life. Time to hit up that circuit again. A more difficult version this time.
