As you know by now, my name is Corey Phoenix, I'm a personal trainer, yada yada yada. Welcome to the forum. Just because this is the site forum, doesn't mean we have to keep it formal. Please feel free to be yourself and enjoy being part of what I hope will eventually become a thriving community. Well I'm Corey, Corey Phoenix. Father, listener, learner, animal lover, personal trainer, and much more, too much to list here. I'm also the moderator and owner of this site. So if you got any problems with it you'll have to go through me! Seriously speaking though, if you have any issues or suggestions to make the site better, please feel free to let me know. I will thank you in advance. I'm also on YouTube and Instagram. Both accounts are in their infancy, so there isn't very much on there, yet. But please feel free to check them out, like and subscribe, you know the drill. I will be uploading and focusing on them a lot more very soon.
